Wiserobe is an AI virtual try-on app. This explains what we collect, why, and how to delete your data.

Information we collect

Account info — your name, email and account ID, received when you sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
Photos — the photo you provide for a try-on or restyle (this may include your face) and the AI result images you create.

How we use it

To sign you in and keep your credits and saved looks tied to your account.
To generate your try-on / restyle images and store the ones you choose to save.

Photos, face data & AI processing

No biometrics or face recognition. The photo you provide may include your face. Wiserobe does not use facial recognition, face mapping, faceprints, Face ID, or any biometric identification, and does not use your photo to identify you.
Who we share it with, and why. To create the look you requested, the photo you provide is sent to Google's Gemini API (Google LLC) for the sole purpose of generating that image, on our behalf. We do not share your photos or face data with any other third party, and never for advertising.
We do not retain your input photo or face data. The photo you upload for a try-on or restyle is used only to generate your result and is then discarded — Wiserobe does not store it, and we retain no face data.
What is stored, why, and for how long. Only the result images you tap Save are stored (on AWS), so you can revisit them in My Looks. They are kept until you delete them or delete your account; we do not store them indefinitely without your choice.
Google's handling. Google processes the image to generate the result under Google's API terms and Privacy Policy. For our paid Gemini API usage, Google states it does not use your content to train its generative models; Google may retain content only transiently for abuse monitoring as described in its terms. Your consent. Before any photo is sent for AI processing, the app discloses that the photo will be sent to Google's Gemini AI and asks for your permission.

Storage & security

Account data and saved images are stored securely on AWS; all transfers use HTTPS encryption.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

Children

Wiserobe is intended for users aged 18 and over.

Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Wiserobe account and all data anytime:

In the app: open Account → Delete account & data and confirm.
By email: email info.avsvishal@gmail.com from your account's email with subject Delete my account.

Deleted: your profile, name/email, credits, uploaded photo, and all generated & saved images. Completed within 7 days.
